Ten Key is an Atlanta based company, so on site training is only available in the metro Atlanta area. Call us for a complimentary phone consultation to determine your training needs and develop a customized course to best serve you.

Remote Internet Training
Currently, Ten Key is providing one-on-one training over the Internet. We are in the process of setting up small group remote training courses and we'll be announcing availability soon. Individual remote courses are set up in sets of four classes of 1 hour each. They occur at intervals, which are pre-determined by you and your Ten Key instructor (weekly, semi-weekly, biweekly, etc.) Courses are $300 pre-paid at time of arrangement. If you wish to continue after the first four classes, you can schedule and pay week by week at $75 per hour. Call us today to schedule your first class! Check here often for new specials.

Corporate Large Classroom Training

Course Content
Training is available in QuickBooks®, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project & Windows), ACT! Contact Manager and various other applications. Help is also available in basic Windows functions such as organizing your computer filing system or adding icons to your desktop, and Internet functions such as email, surfing and saving favorite sites.

Ten Key's training is always customized to the student's level of expertise, and needs. Most people don't need to know everything about a program, but have specific, immediate needs. For example, a lesson in Microsoft Word might be customized to cover only mail merging so a student can get their holiday greeting cards out on time.

QuickBooks® contains modules which clients may or may not use, so training in this application will be specific to the modules you use. For example, you may use Accounts Receivable for invoicing customers, and Accounts Payable for bills from vendors, but you may not use the payroll or inventory modules at all. You may have bank and credit card accounts, but not loans or fixed assets.
