Trade Show & Seminar Registration

The most time intensive part of producing a trade show, seminar, or special event is managing the attendees database. This might include sending invitations, registering RSVP's, collecting registration fees, mail merging letters and Thank You cards, and a variety of other jobs. (Packages vary, call for quote)

Let's look at two examples: A training seminar and a Wedding.

You want to provide a seminar for up to 300 people, training them on the use of your product. They will need to RSVP and pay a $50 registration fee. After registering, you would like them to receive a confirmation letter as a receipt. When they arrive at the seminar, you would like their names to appear on a registrant list, and a pre-printed name tag, customized with your logo, waiting for them. After the seminar, you would like to send a "Thank You" letter to each of the attendees (only those who actually came to the seminar), and include some kind of coupon for future business.

Ten Key's Registration Services will take the hassle out of your event by handling it similarly to the following example:

Design a database with fields for name, address, RSVP, and any other information you want (expertise level, prior training, etc.)
Custom design an invitation & envelope. (or you provide)
Enter the names & addresses of the 300 people into the database.
Personalize & send the invitations via mail or email.
Setup an RSVP email form, which includes form of payment & credit card authorization. This form can be returned directly to
YourSeminar@Ten-Key.com or to you.
Setup designated phone line for RSVP's (if seminar is large enough to warrant this. Extra charges apply) If you receive the RSVP phone calls and/or emails, you simply forward the information to us via email if you want it included in your registration reports.
Enter the RSVP responses into database.
Collect the registration fees and manage cancellations.
Provide you with reports tallying responses and final report of attendees for the reception table at the seminar.
Create template & print "Thank you for registering" letter
Customize Avery nametag template with your logo and print personalized nametags for each registrant.
Collect attendance information from you (if different from RSVP)
Create template, print and mail or email "Thank You" letter with custom made coupon to each attendee after seminar.

All you have to do is prepare & deliver the actual seminar!

Wedding

Your day has come, and you're getting married. You want to invite everyone, but decide to limit your guest list to 100 people. With everything else to think of, it would be great to let Ten Key handle your guest list. We will:

Design a database with fields for name, address, RSVP, number of adults, number of children, local or out of town (email hotel & airfare information, & link to travel sites), special needs, gift given, thank you written, & any other information which might be important to you.
Enter into the database the names & addresses of the guests to be invited.
Hand calligraphy invitations, apply "love" stamps and mail. (You supply the invitations & envelopes)
Accept email RSVP's to YourNameWedding@Ten-Key.com. Any RSVP's which come to you directly via verbal or email, you will need to forward to us.
After the wedding, provide us with your guest list (those who actually attended) and your gift list. We'll add these to your database and provide to you a report showing each invitee, whether they attended, the gift they gave, and any other information you've requested.
We will hand calligraphy envelopes for your thank you notes. (You supply the cards & envelopes)

This will definitely take a load off of a bride's mind!
